RAIL MOW: Rail maintenance-of-way machines are typically small to medium wheeled or tracked excavators. These machines are used in a variety of rail maintenance-of-way applications, such as tie undercutting, brush clearing and ballast management. These machines will typically have rail packages installed to run directly on the rails.

RIPPERS: Rippers are typically large hydraulic excavators equipped with short, heavy-duty booms and sticks. The stick is typically equipped with a ripper shank work tool. These machines are often used for ripping rock or tightly packed soil and can be found, for example, in road-building applications.
