BIDDING RULES

• We must receive all bids before 8.00 Japan Standard Time. Bids after that may not be entertained until and unless any special request is made
• Bid prize can only be changed an hour prior to bidding time
• All bid prize are maximum prices but for small unit we can add 15,000 yens and on big units 25,000 or 35,000 on mutual understanding with our respected client

CANCELATION RULES

• Once the car is purchased and if cancelation is made within an hour, auction house charges ranging from 55,000 yen 85,000 depending upon auction house.
• We charge no commission on cancelation but in case, a car has been transported to port or yard then transport and local charges may be charged.

BIDDING DEPOSIT

You are only eligible to bid once we receive the bidding deposit as mention under or as per understanding. If the bid does not get successful, security deposit is fully refundable or adjustable in the customer's account based on customer's request

PAYMENT

• We must receive 100% payment within 7 working days after purchase.

• DELAY IN PAYMENT MAY CHANGE UR WORKING FORMULA OR SLAB WITH MIC.
